About the Briarwood HOA

Purposes of the Association

The Association shall protect, maintain, improve, operate and administer the Addition, including necessary action to levy and collect the assessments herein provided for, pay expenses and do such other things as are provided or contemplated in the Covenant declaration and the Associations Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. The Association shall not be deemed to be conducting a business of any kind, and shall hold and apply all funds it receives for the benefit of the Addition in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration and the Association’s Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.

Membership in Association

Each property owner shall, upon acquisition of fee simple title to any Lot and occupancy of the residence located thereon, automatically become a member of the Association. Each owner shall be entitled to only one Association membership for each lot owned by the owner, and, subject to the provisions of Section 2.11 of the Covenants, shall have only one vote per Lot in the Association.

There is an annual fee of $65. for the Associations expenses. (2024)
