Spring Landscaping Reminder

As spring approaches, many of you may be planning landscaping updates or outdoor improvements. Please remember to contact the Architectural Committee before starting any projects such as:
  • Adding a fence, shed, retaining wall, or parking pad
  • Painting your house or making other exterior changes
To submit your plans or get approval, please email the committee at info@BriarwoodCB.org.  We’d also like to thank those who have already sought approval in the past—we appreciate your cooperation in keeping Briarwood looking its best!
We’re looking forward to an exciting year ahead and appreciate your involvement in making Briarwood a wonderful community.
The purpose of the  Association is to protect, maintain, improve, operate and administer the Addition, including necessary action to levy and collect the assessments herein provided for, pay expenses and do such other things as are provided or contemplated in the Covenant declaration and the Associations Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.

Plan on making any landscaping changes? 

Please remember to contact  the architecture committee for any landscaping changes you are going to make when you plan to add a fence, shed, retaining wall, parking pad, or other improvements (including painting your house). To submit plans email  info@BriarwoodCB.org   . Thank You to the residents who have sought architectural committee approval in the past .

Flags on Holidays Each Year a Youth Group has put up flags on 7 Holidays in our Subdivision. This project enhances an already beautiful neighborhood with our country’s flag. The Youth Group put up, take down, store and maintain the flags for you. They would like to include all homes for this service. Click to Read More About Flags
