Eight Members
President

Technical Advisor
Architecture Committee Chair
Architecture Committee Member 1
Architecture Committee Member 2
Members elected by Association Membership except Architecture Committee may be selected at anytime by the existing Board.
PROCEDURES
Staggered 3 year terms
Members must be Briarwood “owners” (As defined: Covenants Section 3.4)
No compensation
Director liability insurance provided
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct all Association business except when membership vote is required pursuant to the Covenant Declaration, Articles of incorporation or Bylaws
Over-see all Association affairs
Keep the Association financially sound
Conduct day-to-day Association business
Architecture Committee (Answer emails asking for okay to do fence, playground etc)
Maybe 3 emails a month for just discussion
3-4 meeting per year, been doing via Zoom
Regular meetings Jan, April, and July last about an hour.
Annual meeting with Report to Membership in Oct. lasts about one and a half hrs.
Produce a Newsletters in the Fall
Board members write articles on a subject for Residents
Note: As much as possible the day-to-day business is conducted electronically by way of telephone, text messaging and email
